Erin Wadsworth

Erin Wadsworth joined the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media staff in 2024. She graduated from UNC in 2022 with a B.A. in journalism and media on the advertising and public relations track and communication studies. During her time as a student, Erin was an account manager at Heelprint Communications, where she got hands-on experience in client relations and project management. Additionally, she served as the digital marketing assistant at Arts Everywhere, where she honed her passion for creative storytelling in the digital realm.

After graduation, Erin took on the role of donor relations and communications specialist at UNC’s Arts and Sciences Foundation. This invaluable experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of donor engagement and foster meaningful connections with Tar Heels across the globe.

Erin is now back at UNC Hussman, bringing her experience and enthusiasm for communication. Outside of Carroll Hall, you can find her trying new crafts, reading a book or exploring coffee shops in the area. She’s proud to return to a community that's passionate about shaping the future of media and communication.
